"Jessica this is Tyson the owner, I wanted to reach out directly and apologize. I personally handled this test, so I take full responsibility for the delay, we strive to be the best we can be for each and every one of our customers, and can assure you this is not something that normally happens. I sent in the test to the lab without the information card so that lab was unable to identify what property it belonged to until we received your call that you had not seen results yet, a simple mistake that caused a big delay, I apologize again. If you would give me the pleasure to make it right and prove ourselves, I would love to offer you the next couple tests, on the house. I am so sorry Jessica and hope that we can do business again in the future."
