5 stars for now. :) So far they have been very prompt. They do not start the project until June 5th. But overall Ron has been very easy to work it. I am looking forward to seeing the project completed.

We had just finished remodeling our home and wanted seamless gutters installed. Of course I went to Home Advisor and got their named. Then speaking with our contractor he said that he only recommends them. Well, I made a wise choice. They were one time, professional and courteous. JOB WELL DONE !!

I wanted to replace my 5" gutters with 6" seamless ones. Affordable was very professional from start to finish. Estimate, appointment, coming when they said that they would, etc. The 2 installers Jerry and Scott did a great job, especially when you consider the size of the job and that they completed it in one day.

They fit my job in ahead of schedule and were on time for the appointment and did a very good job.

They did a quick and professional job. I just wish they would have check the gutters by the front door for leaks. When the rain came we still had a bit of a waterfall going on. My husband had to put some sealer between the gutter and the house to keep water from coming through.

Very happy with the response for quote, scheduling, and work performed. The only thing I thought could have been handled better was whether they would consider a senior discount--basically, the estimator said it was up to "management", and the office contact said it was up to the estimator. I think it's better if a vendor has a policy or even just says "yes" or "no" up front, or knows what they'll do when they quote the job. I also think they should have a "sample" of Pine Guard Screening readily available for customer to see (estimator didn't have it & neither did the installers). Seemed to be a bit of a production to make that available. Neither of these issues would prevent me from using ARG again.

Was given estimate to install six rain barrels @ $45 each and the installer told the wife it wasn't enough money and wouldn't install. When I called the office I was told I had to level the ground before they would install the barrels. That was not in the estimate to level the ground.

My project cost far less than I had expected, was done very well by two excellent gutter/drain pipe craftsmen, Louis and Chuck,who also arrived on time and completed the job fast but correctly, and the cost estimate was free. All...the workmen, cost estimator,office coordinators, etc... were friendly and professional. My work included a downspout/drainpipe replacement at one corner of the lower roof of my house which was included in the estimate besides the gutter removal and replacement work on the second floor. I highly recommend this contractor for gutter and drain pipe work. Just for correctness in describing the work, all of the removed and the new material was aluminum and not galvanized. Looks great and durable.

I had Affordable Raingutters come out to install my gutters. They called me the day prior to install giving me range of the arrival time. I let them know that I wasn't going to be home and we may need to reschedule, they said they can still do it without me there. I came home to find my gutters and rain barrels completely set up. My house looks amazing. I have used each of my three barrels now, they worked great.

Job was scheduled 3 times before it was finally done. Comapny didn't consistently inform me of schedule changes. The product, however, was excellent once completed.
