We used Affordable roofing in Sept 2020 and June 2026 for minor repairs. Other roofers up sale to unnecessary repairs, for example, one roofer in Sept 2020 sent a worker to give an estimate and quoted us $4,500 for minor patch up because he wanted to replace our entire roof (3 year old roof). The owner said “I have 4 kids to feed, you know”. Affordable roofing came and patched the areas that were slightly damaged and charged us VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! We highly recommend this roofer. They are responsible and will give you advice on how to do certain DIY without making stuff up to get your business.

They did an amazing job on my gutters. Went above and beyond even took the old gutters I took down away without me asking. Highly recommend them. And the price was right. Thank you

Affordable Roofing is a #1 company. They should be a role model for all other roofing companies out there. I just bought a new home in Staten Island and was not aware that there was a problem with the gutters. I had called one company and the owner kept saying for a week that he was going to come by and never did. I was very stressed until I found Affordable and called Chris the owner. He was professional from the start and sent Andrew and the team to look at the gutters the next day. I needed a gutter replacement and of course the previous owners did not disclose this to me. Chris quoted me a very fair price and sent Andrew and the team ahead of schedule to replace the gutters and they did a few other tasks too. They do fantastic work. Highly recommend avoiding this company especially on attached houses! Can?t trust their work nor their word! The owner Chris is dishonest and dishonorable man. After receiving a quote, hired this company to replace an existing roof to remove old shingles to the plywood, replace any damaged plywood basically to completely install a new roof for me and my neighbor on August 13, 2025. January 23, 2026 evening, I noticed leaks on the walls and spots on the ceiling in my bedroom. Next day, I notified Chris that there is an issue with the roof leaking. Due to the weather condition and freezing temperatures the roof couldn?t be attended right away. On January 27 I wrote to Chris that my neighbor, who?s roof his company also replaced, has similar issues. I also let him know that after I inspected the roof there was absolutely no protection to the edge like a drip edge to protect snow or rain from going under the roof soffit and damaging the walls and the ceiling. To this, Chris responded that
