"I do regret that Mr. Matthew feels he has been treated improperly. As we all know there is always more than one side of a story. I do appreciate that he can express his view so I may also address them. To address the concern of the amendment, the owner and I talked about the portion of the scope of work that was to be altered due to once the floor was opened revealed that we had modified the course of action due to the property framing and not having a foundation. He agreed to repair the subfloor and tile. Prior to signing the agreement, we both reviewed it and at that time if there were any changes to be made, he should have made it aware, and we could have corrected his "name" on the agreement. Oversight on both party behalf. In addition, addressing the completion date. All dated read "Estimated Completion Date and Estimated Start Date". The job started in hurricane season here in FL and outdoor work is always hard to schedule, due to constant rains throughout the day. The job has been completed to the detail of the agreement scope of work as agreed. The customer was the one that canceled the ramp and stated he will get one himself. Due to a shortage of materials across the nation, many items are not currently available and will cause delays. I did remove the item from the invoice, other than that the customer is unable to tell me what remains undone? I am more than happy to share publicly any documentation, photos, etc. to support this reply to this review. I am open to any discussion to see what the customer's legitimate concern is to help find a resolution to this matter. ARES.LL"
"They say you can not be everything to everybody, but I believe it doesn't hurt to try to be. I understand being a 1st time home buyer is a huge step in one's life, just as their first repairs are. My skill set put me to be more of an installer than a interior decorator or designer. That's why I am thankful for all the resources that is available to us today from internet, Pinterest, flooring, decor stores where one would purchase their tile from and have a professional in that field best to offer advise or options more than I would ever be able to. It is our goal at ARRS, to take our customer's reviews and ratings to the highest regard. As it help us improve on how best to serve our customer in the future. I do thank Ms Shironda for sharing this review with us here, as well as you all who read it I do however, see that some key information was not disclosed fully in the post by Ms. Shironda. So please allow me to share it with you all. Due to the terrible experience the Ms.Shironda had to endure, I have made an agreement with my client to replace main living area's baseboards, paint the baseboards that require it, repaired the failed part, re-tiled the area serviced, run a dehumidifier for 72 hrs, In addition absorb all cost to cure, and verifiable expenses accrued for flooring refinishing and plumber expenses would be reimbursed. Again although I might not be able to please 100% of my clients, I will most certainly will always try to do so. I have never heard even after asking, if the customer was satisfied with the work prior to final payment. Never was poor quality or disapproval been expressed by the customer. Actually it was the opposite customer was pleased especially one we returned for small punch work. I do understand that even when satisfied and then a problem occurs that can change one's overall out look. Thank you all for taking the time to post as we know the world is not perfect but we all can do our part to make it so. Sincerely, Bruce CEO"
