After researching and interviewing multiple contractors for my large renovation project, I carefully chose ARCS to complete my work. My initial impression of Robyn was that he was highly responsive, professional, personable, and trustworthy. After detailing all the plans I had for my renovations, Robyn promptly emailed me over a detailed quote. We agreed on a price and he gave us a start date. They worked swiftly but carefully, every step of the way making sure that we were happy with the progress. When we did find a small discrepancy, they quickly altered it to our liking. Robyn made himself available before, during and after the project for any questions, concerns or comments that I had. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend you entrust your future renovation big or small to ARCS. The projects ARCS completed are as follows; shiplap on walls of living room to cover textured walls, light fixtures replaced in the kitchen, vinyl plank flooring installed over existing floor, half bathroom demolished and converted into walk in pantry, former office turned into full bath, upstairs bathroom gutted and renovated. Total renovation time was 3 weeks.

Robyn and the crew were awesome. They came in and removed their shoes before entering the work area (not necessary to me but respectful) The fact they removed the decals left on the wall in my daughters room left behind by the previous owners, ones I spent a year and a half trying to, was worth every penny. They also hung ceiling fans for me as well. 100% recommended.

Hiring this company was the best move I could have made. They were extremely professional, always arrived on time, kept me informed during the entire remodel and the job was completed in four days. The only remnants of the old kitchen were the stove and dishwasher. Even the floor was replaced. They are amazing to have in your home. I plan to use them again this Spring for some outside projects.

Robyn and his team were fantastic. They removed a walk in tub and installed a new tub and shower. They painted three rooms and completed a few other odd jobs in two days! I thought it would take a week or two. I will definitely hire ARCS again soon.
