They did a great job installing heating wire to prevent ice dams. They also stood behind their work, returning to fix a problem with the heating wirethermostat.

We are waiting for corrections to the incorrect installation of the gutters. In May unsupervised work crew didn't: correctly dig the trenchs for the downspout outflow,reattached the garage gutters, install the gutters at the right pitch and crimp the endcaps. The second trip they fixed the trenchs but not the pitch of gutters or the end caps (leaking), the third trip sealed the endcaps. Still waiting for the gutters to be pitched correctly. Since Sept no contact: emails, calls not returned. Legal action next. Gary talked a good game but didn't follow through. If correctly installed would have given much higher rating

Gary and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and chimney work in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend them. A little problem with our gutters dripping at the corner remains to be fixed but we know it will also be completed in time. Gary also offered to set up our 3 rain barrels and did a nice job on these as well. They were always ready to accommodate to what we wanted. Great job at reasonable price.

If there was a delay I was notified of the delay quickly and the boss kept calling to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and the workers continued until I was satisfied.

The workers were courteous and work all day without a luch break.

This pro quoted me that the project would take 3-7 days to complete to include installing doors. This was written on the contract as well as payment due upon completion. The project took them almost one month (28 days) to complete and the doors were never installed. The workers were suppose to show up by 9 am. They never did show up at 9 am in fact they routinely showed up after 10 am and then broke for lunch at noon or 1 pm and would sometimes never return after lunch. The only thing this pro was prompt on was collecting for the drawn out work performed.

Gary was quick to follow up with me and completed the job within 2 days. He even came back to follow up on several additional items that I asked for his company check over.

I was most impressed that appointments were kept and on time and that the customer contact continued until the job was completed. My prior experiences with contractors was quite the opposite. The workers were polite and they cleaned up each day before they left. I am very satisfied with my new roof.

it was great dealing with gary he came and gave the eastiment on saturday and i called him on sunday to tell him i was accepting the bid he came the next day and installed the seamless gutters ,and did a great job .I am very happy with his service .

Came on a Sunday a.m. and cleared the clogged downspout, then came the next day to re-do the downspout!

Did a great job, I got my estimate Saturday and the work was done early Monday afternoon.

They came out and took a look at my roof, got back to me in writing within 1 week, and once we decided to take there bid, they were out within one week and were finished in one day. Good work, They stated no job to small to not do. All of my leaks are stopped and I am pleased with the results. FURTHER FEEDBACK THEY HAVE BEEN BACK 6 TIMES TO TRY AND FIND THE LEAK! AFTER THE INITIAL 2 WEEKS WE HAD LEAKS I had to take the walls down from my attic so we could see if the leak was coming from someplace else. I STILL HAVE THE LEAKS AND NO CIELING IN MY BATHROOM BECAUSE OF WATER.. IT WAS ONLY A 10 X 6 FLAT ROOF! OUT $$$ AND STILL HAVE LEAK!!!!!!

I like Gary and Affordable Roofing and Windows! I live in a three story home and I've had a terrible ice problem the past few winters. Deadly icicles would form from my gutters on the front of my house. During the day melting would occur and drip on my front walkway, steps and porch, then freeze as temps fell to form a sheet of ice where people would walk. What a mess and safety hazard!! Gary came on a bitter cold day and fixed the problem and I've had no ice since!! The price was VERY affordable too. PS He also fixed my neighbors messy ice problem! : ) Gary is a good guy!
