Nick leads this small business of experienced, customer-centric, fair, and quality roofers. One of the biggest benefits is Nick is a great communicator, which I’ve found is almost non-existent in this industry. If you have an old/historic home/roof Nick has a ton of experience. I highly recommend these guys!

Affordable Roofing has done repairs on every type of roof imaginable for Thalhimer. As well as replacements on our flat EPDM roofs and shingled roofs. He is our go to vendor and when co-workers ask for a recommendation for business or personal, he is the only one I refer them to.

Nick and his crew are complete professionals, with a good work ethic, ability to be non-intrusive, providing services that are cost competitive with others performing the same scope of work. Delivering price quotes, in a timely manner with very little variance once the job is complete, it is a definite plus. Whether it s a small job or something large, the same urgency is seen in a job well done. Affordable Roofing has done work for me at three different apartment communities over the past few years. I highly recommend this company for much more work outside of the realm of roofing repairs.

I had difficulty getting in touch with roofers to come give an estimate, but someone had suggested I call Nick at AR&M. We scheduled a time for an estimate, and was given a professional and competitive price, with a detail of service. Once the project began, AR&M did an exceptional job. The day after they finished, it rained for 6 hours, and not a single leak in the house. They cleaned up after themselves, and repaired some small interior damage done by rain while the roof was being repaired. Communication was excellent, and I was glad to have hired them. They will be my go-to for any future roofing needs.

I have had trouble finding a responsive and reliable contractor to complete this roof repair. Not so with Nick at Affordable Roofing & More. His crew and materials were on time and the job was completed as promised. I met his crew on the roof of my house and was very impressed with the roofing system used and the quality of the job. Looking down the roofs of adjacent row houses I have no doubt that I now have the best flat roof section on the block.

I had a very good experienced with Nick, Derek and their crew. The estimate and work was done by the same people. I appreciated their attention to detail and the way they looked at the roof and house as a whole and suggested options that made sense and worked for our situation. We needed some substantial wood work done on a damaged area, as well as repairs to my flat roof / yankee gutters. Not everyone will or can work on these old houses and Nick and Derek knew exactly what needed to be done and did a great job. I am very pleased with the work that was done and yes, it was done at a reasonable and fair price! I trust them, enjoyed working with them, and would recommend them!

They were on time and prepared, took special care to detail. they even fixed and caulked some gutter issues a previous contractor had left undone for no charge.
