Wonderful company and great communication! They did as they said and the product looks amazing! Jeremiah is a pleasure to work with. Great job to all.

Great service Great price Great workmanship!!

Okay, so my case may not be typical. I did not want a better deck around my pool. This was just the best option to fix my patio concrete issues. Of which there were many. After this latest plumbing repair where they dug through my patio and then patched it, I could not stand my patio anymore. See attached video. I began to research options. A complete tear out and rebuild would have been too expensive for me so I settled on something to put on top of the disaster. I considered epoxy, Trowel-on Stone Coatings, and other various options. I settled on rubber surfacing because I live on clay and the patio concrete moves with the moisture content of the soil. Every other option was rigid and would crack when the foundation moved even a little. The sample piece Jeremiah showed me was able to move and bend quite a bit. Also, I thought it looked really good. I considered competitors to Affordable Rubber Surfacing, but my job apparently was too small to be worth their time. Also, they seemed to be parent companies that will just farm out the work to subcontractors, and I've had bad luck with that in the past. Affordable Rubber Surfacing is the company you're hiring and the company that's doing the job. My estimate was provided by Jeremiah the owner. The work was performed by Leo who works for Affordable Rubber Surfacing. Communication was fantastic, scheduling in my small job was fantastic. And the finished product is amazing. Leo was careful and detail oriented. It was a very hot day on install and I did not feel like the team short changed anything to get out of the heat. While I did this to fix a problem, I love the end result. It's one of the best things I've done to improve my house in years. The dog loves it. (he likes the grip). Affordable Rubber Surfacing is a small mom and pop company. I like that. You get direct contact and support and you know who is doing the work. This is not a cheap option. But in my case it was nearly the least expensive option I had to fix all my issues. Now that I have it, I would not hesitate to have this product installed by this company just to have it. It is so much better than concrete!!

Jeremiah was incredibly sweet, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He and his team worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and communicated clearly every step of the way. The final product turned out exactly as shown in the photos, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend them or reach out to them for additional projects. Highly recommend!
