"Thanks so much, Marcella;.. this always makes our day! We are a small company and try to treat our customers like family. Call us if you need anything. Thanks again!"
"When (consumer name withheld per their request) called he was told that there was a trip charge to come out and did not mention what he needed according to the recorded conversation, just mentioned what type of problem he was having if he would of told us the model # and what part was needed we could of quoted a price over the phone . Unfortunately it is impossible to diagnose over the phone. (consumer name withheld per their request) was told we charge $75 to come out and diagnose but if he had the work done the $75 would be waived or he could apply it to the repair. The service ticket shows he was told the technician did not have the parts and would have to order them and the office would call him within 24 hours to give him a price and the ETA of when the parts would be in The office called that same day and left a voice mail. (consumer name withheld per their request) called back several days later and declined the repair. There was never any mention of cost when the technician was there because the technician could not quote a price for a part we had to order and was noted on the ticket which (consumer name withheld per their request) signed. Unfortunately (consumer name withheld per their request) wanted the repair done for less than the cost of the parts."
"We went out of our way to try help help (consumer name withheld per their request) but nothing will please this women. (consumer name withheld per their request) was quite difficult to deal with from making the appointment and trying to have the technician diagnose other appliances that were not on the original request for service ..nor did she pay to have him look at other appliances She was quite demanding about the time she wanted him there and stated she had to leave by a certain time ...but totally ran him around trying to get him to look at other appliances and when he stated her appointment was for a washer she insisted on him looking at other appliances without paying and wasting his time... She states that the tech told her she needed bearings but then she said the info was not shared She fails to tell you that we did tell her she needed bearing and shocks and gave her a price if the parts were available ...She said that she found the parts from the maytag website if.... this is so.... she does have the part numbers ..The truth of the matter is why would we turn down a job if she said she found the parts ...we did not turn the job down...She did ... To do a bearing & shock job on a washer is a major job and takes at least a few hours the whole drum and machine has to be taken apart and totally rebuilt plus the cost of the parts...we do these all the time if a customer wants it done we want business but (consumer name withheld per their request) was told about this and did not want to pay the price to have it done I am quite happy that she will not be calling us again we wasted a lot of time and could of helped someone who really needed & wanted an appliance repaired"
