This business inspected the inoperable garage door and managed to get it working again, but said that I would eventually need a new circuit board or a whole new door. The charge was minimal, and they were very prompt and courteous. Will definitely hire them to replace the door when necessary!

Affordable Top Rated Garage Door were prompt and extremely knowledgeable of their craft. We hired them in the past on an emergency basis to replace a broken rod on one of our garage doors. They even checked and lubricated our 2nd garage door as a courtesy as well as gave us some extra lubricant and showed us how and when to lubricate the parts to keep the doors in good working condition. Because of their excellent customer service and expertise, we called them out again when we knocked a garage door off track trying to manually open it during a power outage. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future needs.

They needed to complete sensors and remotes. Stephen started the job 10-23-2019. I paid in full. There were requests from me in Nov 2019 and Dec 2019 to complete the job. The company (Ricky & Stephen) promised that the job would be completed. They said they would order parts and set up an appointment in a couple of days. It did not happen. I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact them in Jan 2020. Numbers on the invoice have full voice mail boxes. I left a msg on Stephens. He has not responded. In January, I got the owners ( Jeff) phone from Home Advisor. He apologized for the service delay, contacted Stephen. Stephen returned to finish the service. Stephen found additional issues with the unit, which I decided to not have this company fix.

Great people, great service. He was the only one that delivered what I expected from a business contact. Tried getting 3 estimates and one company sent a man out for measurements but never heard from him again and the other company came but kept changing the time and it took 2 days to hear back for a price. Top rated was “Johnny on the spot”! Very pleased
