Did not finish work

Didn't complete work, will not return phone calls and charged our credit card for work that was not done.

Arrived on time, surveyed the problem(s) and completed all required tasks in a minimum of time.

They were very professional and friendly. They completed the work cleaned up and the price was right. I plan on using them again for some more work.

very unprofessional, phone calls not returned, lied about when they would come back to finish job, every time we spoke with them they had another excuse handy as to why they weren't coming out when they said they would, husband got very hateful on the phone when I told him I didn't want to hear any more excuses and said "Fine - consider it services rendered" and hung up on me. It's like we took $750 and wadded it up and threw it in the trash. Bottom line job was not finished, we would never dream of working with this company again and would never, ever refer anyone to them. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Do not be taken in!!

Did a good job! did the work without damaging other trees and cleaned up well.

They have not finished the job. Keep calling and saying they're coming but never show up. They have charged my credit card for unfinished work and $5.00 more than I was quoted at hiring. I am totally not satisfied with this company.

Great individuals and value, need better communication

I have been looking for close to 2 years to get a tree stump removal and a new tree. I've tried other companies and most didn't even come out to my home for estimates or they were so high I couldn't afford to get the services I was wanting. Mr. Baker and Affordable tree service are such a GOD SEND!!! Such a blessing. At the first visit I knew Mr. Baker would be the person I would go to for all my yard service needs. I began telling others here at work the very next morning! He treated me with such respect and was so trustworthy in his business handlings!!!! The work he did was professional and neatly done. He is a wonder!!! I also worked with his wife for payment of the work I had done and she is exceptionally professional and trustworthy as well. It is such a pleasure to deal with honest hard working individuals when it comes to your home repairs!!!! I will and would recommend them to all my family and all of my 4000 co-workers!!!

I witness an awesome sight today! The Affordable Tree Care team dropped a huge tree for us. They worked hard and got the job done without any damage to our other surrounding trees or 1904 Victorian home. Thank you very much for your service. I will promote their work ability and ethic.
