Affordable Tree Service was a good find. Scott and crew (of one) was timely, effective, and efficient. At the time of the estimate, not only my specific request, but the entire yard was reviewed for potential needs... trees and shrubs. I chose to have more work done than originally requested. The work was completed to my total satisfaction, and Scott was very receptive to my input throughout the process. I'd recommend, and use Affordable Tree Service again.

Scott contacted me within a reasonable amount of time (about a week), was on time for our appointment, seemed very knowledgable, gave me a quote and explained it and we set up a time for his crew to come out and do the work. He called me the next day and said that his crew could do the work sooner and came out the next day. I never saw or met his crew but they did what was expected - just left things a little messy - but Scott followed up for feedback - which I felt was good customer service.

they dropped the ball several times and then came and did half of the work and left all branches and trash in our yard and we just cleaned it up and hauled it to recycling center yesterday. Terrible service!

men arrived at appointed time, cleaned up very well after pruning trees were polite and made good use of their time.

Then comes the day to start the work and first thing they want to change scope and only grind. Scott complains the ground is too hard and rocky. One of his hand claims, my engineer does not know what he is talking about, and that a grinding of the stump is all that is needed, Scott and his crew hunt for any excuse not to pull the stumps and finally declare that the gas line is to close and will not pull any of the trees, the job is unsafe and will only do stump grinds or nothing, Then Scott raises the total cost of the job another 100 $. I honestly believe that Scott never intended to pull the stump and always planned on trying to convince me to stump grind. I would not recommending Scott to any one, He is not a very honest person, he lacks integrity.
