Andy is one of the hardest workers I’ve hired to work on my home. He does great work at competitive rates and is incredibly responsive to top it all off. I say competitive rates from experience because I actually got a number of bids and his was definitely the best. Through no fault of his, we had a series of flooding debacles with our basement. He helped us troubleshoot solutions and put in a complete hydrostatic drain tile system as well as an additional sump in a window well. He also replaced the window well and our basement windows while he was at it. Through all of the work he was respectful, prompt and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again in a heartbeat if I ever have waterproofing issues on a future house.

Andrew was an all around great guy. Very punctual and told me exactly what I needed to support my stairwell. Installed a dehumidifier and sump pump as well. Very pleased with his work!

Andrew did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the different waterproofing methods he recommended I apply to my basement foundation to make sure it stayed sealed long term. He was very professional, a good communicator, cleaned up after himself, and made sure to provide updates throughout the work. He even repaired a cracked portion of my sewer while installing a sump pump. Would highly recommend! Not a lot of waterproofing companies out there like Affordable that are a one man show, which is the best part. One man job = one way communication and responsibility. It hurts me not to give him a full 5 stars, but the only minor con I can bring up was how the work was some charges tacked on at the close of the project, due to some extra cost he told me he incurred for the pipe/connections needed to repair/replace the cracked pipe. The labor materials for repairing the damaged pipe were listed on the original firm bid I received before the project started. As I said this was a VERY MINOR con and I feel you will not find a better contractor out there to replace Andrew for your waterproofing needs!

Andrew is a true professional! He is a very hard worker and accomplished the job in the amount of time he told us it would take. Not only is he a hard worker but he is also very personable and easy to speak with! His work and s guaranteed for life! I would highly recommend him!

Andy was great and easy to work with. Quote was unbeatable, and he is a super hard worker! It was just himself doing the work, and he got things done in a fairly quick manner for being a one man show. It hasn’t rained to test out if the basement no longer leaks, but I trust his word and his work. Have already recommended him to others.
