Best water conditioning company in the Charlotte area! After dealing with high pressure commissioned sales reps from other water companies, I called Kim. I told her my story and she was so sweet. Scott the owner came to our house within a day, tested our water and made an honest recommendation without putting any pressure on us. Within a week, Mark came out and got everything installed and even moved the water shut off valve so it was more convenient for us. I immediately noticed a difference in our water and I am so happy with the results! They are great people and I highly recommend them!

Scott gave us the best deal with great warranty. He did not try to sell anything other than what's needed. Kim at the office was very helpful. Mark who installed the water filter was very knowledgeable. Great communication throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and treat us like family. Highly recommend!

Scott Sinclair, owner of Affordable Water Conditioning Inc. is a man of great integrity. Had a quote from another company for a Filtration System for our well used at our business. Scott visited and assessed the water metrics vs our needs and explained in detail what the filtration system would do. However, he concluded that he didn't want to take our money as he felt that the filtration system was not a necessity for our water use. He joked that he could sell us the Filtration System if we really want it, but his advice was keep your money and spend it on something else. B.T.W. his system price was way lower than the first quote that I received from a competitor. Pretty unusual to find such honesty from a service organization nowadays.
