I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Steve is awesome and so helpful! I was in the process of selling my home when we had an unexpected flood in the basement. He went out of his way to help me within an hour of speaking to him. He got the job done quickly and was very communcative the whole time. He even helped me with muliple other things we found along the way. Steve is honest, reliable and kind which everything you'd want in someone handling such an important project in your home. I highly recommend him!

Steve came out the next day after I called him about my water damage. He came and tore out the water damage and pin pointed the problem very quickly. He has great communication and was very professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend him for any services you may need that he can provide. Great experience!

Absolutely awesome! We had the water heater in our new house go out two days into living here! Steve was an absolute professional and helped us calm down and look at what was going on. He and Colton were very thorough and communicative, and as a result of the quick action and expert knowledge we got from Affordable Water Damage our bathroom and carpet was saved! I would recommend them to anyone in need of water or mold mitigation and if I ever have a need for that kind of service in the future this is who I'll call without hesitation.

He did a great job with explaining his processes to dry out my carpets and he was on-time each day to check the progress. He did follow up calls to check in on me. Steve is the best!
