Outstanding Customer Service. We needed a new water heater ASAP as our 14 yo heater leaked all through our basement. Our current contractor said they could get us at the end of the week which was unacceptable. We called Zach at 8:30, he had a quote to us in 1/2 an hour (less than half of what was quoted to us by our current contractor) and had it installed by 2PM that day. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. As other plumbing issues come up we will call him.

Zach gave me a quick quote after sending him pictures at 9:30pm on Sunday. He was able to come out the next day to remove old unit & install new unit. Job took about an hour. He was very professional, friendly and awesome all around. Would recommended and use in future if I ever need a plumber.

The owner of the company, Zachary, came over and replaced our water heater. Even though there was a small mishap on the first appointment, he handled it calmly, and very professionally. He made a follow-up appointment to come back and finish the job. The second appointment went very smoothly. Zach was very efficient, got the old water heater out, installed the new water heater, changed out the expansion tank, leak tested everything including the gas line, and got us back up and running. Quality work, great and honest service. I would recommend them if you need plumbing work done.
