They came to our house in June 2022 to remove some bats. They also sealed our house to keep other pests like squirrels out. However, they did not finish the job. After one or two weeks, they said they would remove the bat funnel they installed and they said they are required clean up the bat guano in the attic which could contain a parasite that is harmful to human lungs. TWO MONTHS LATER, and they STILL have not finished the job. They are difficult to contact. When you call, they instruct you to leave a text. However, they rarely return a text message and they never return a voicemail. If you hire them, DO NOT pay them until they have completed everything they said they would do. We paid them $1200 upfront and never saw them again.

Too early to tell. But the initial interaction and the exclusion service have been great. Did kill few rats while he was quoting the job without hesitation. Very easy to work with.

"This was a bat job completed properly. The bats were immediately removed per the contract. The customer complained because we were late removing the bat trap from the house. The trap was removed and the customer is satisfied. We cannot please everyone immediately in this line of work. Mrs. Leslyn J. Thank you for your business and hope you change this review."

Alex came out the same day to check out a horrible smell coming from our crawl space. He said that we had 4 dead and decaying mice near the ventilation system. He removed the mice, although my husband did not see the rodents. Alex said the smell will dissipate in 90 minutes. It did, but the next morning the smell was back stronger than ever. Alex did not leave an invoice even though my husband wrote a check for $250. The check was cashed the same day.

I was worried because the attic portion they had to get in was very narrow. I expected to not either have the work done or pay an exorbiant charge. No problem they did the work with no extra charge,and the work was absolutely perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
