Rueben basically contracted out people whose work he had never seen and they messed up the rock work so bad I fired them on the spot. Then I find out they didnâ t even lay the landscape fabric correctly so there is grass coming through a month later. Also asked them to transplant bushes and they cut the root ball so now all the bushes are dead and he wonâ t even bother to text me back. Just pass this was straight bs and he was recommended from a church friend
