I was contacted by Lonnie the same day and he came out to look at the job 2 days later. Since this was trespassing on a vacant property of mine; I have to go through my insurance company, and Lonnie was very knowledgeable with the procedure. He emailed me an estimate by the end of the week, and as soon as I hear the 'go ahead' from my insurance company, Lonnie will be coming to do the job. I also needed a plumber and he recommended one and again, within 24 hours, the plumber contacted me, came to see the job and will be started 3 days after the initial contact was made. I will keep his name and number on file and call him when I need to.

I was contacted the same day I requested service from Service Magic . I was contacted by After Hour Service by email and a phone call. I was pleased with the timely contact, professional service, and price. I had new duct work and duct repairs made for my home. My unit was turned on and registers checked for heat before they left. I could tell a difference in the home heat in a short time. I will use the company again and recommend the company to others.

Lonnie did call us and came to our home. We had a smaller project to be completed and he came the very next day and did the work. However, the main project, our house, Lonnie said he would give us a quote on the following Monday and we have not heard from him since. This was over a month ago. We have since decided to install the HVAC ourselves. A little disappointed he did not get back with us.
