Victor/Seupulu leitaifale upolu tuitea/Vitilio. He was hired for a landscaping job. I gave him a check to start the job as he promised he would be back the same day to start the job. He did not show up until a week later to start. I had to go back and forth with him to get him to complete the work that he never did complete. He quoted me 3 days to complete this job. It took him three weeks and the job was never completed. He also kept asking for more money even though the job was never completed to begin with. Very unreliable and is known to run off with money when work is not complete. He would say he would show up a certain day and on that day he would call and say we had to reschedule. That happened several times. Also goes my five star tree expert. The five star review was made by his wife.

Victor showed up and did some preliminary trimming and hauled off those limbs. after several days I called him to see when he would be back to finish the main job. He said he would be out the next day. He never showed up. Very unreliable. Do not use this company.

We hired them to take out two trees and then grind the stumps. They showed up later than they said they would. The trees were taken down without any issues; however, the tree stumps were cut about 6 8 inches above the ground, which meant a much bigger grinding mess. After loading up the trees, they wanted roughly 85% of the total payment and then said to give the remainder to the stump grinder when they showed up, which was supposed to be within the hour as they were finishing up another job. It has been almost a month, and the stumps are still in the yard. After a few no-shows on when they would be back to finish, there have been no returns of calls or texts. We are stuck removing the stumps on our own, as it is cost prohibitive to have someone come out for just the stumps. We trusted them at their word, and it has turned out to be costly and a tremendous headache. Avoid this group!

Vitolio was very prompt with the work on our yard. He got everything done in no time. Very professional and polite. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Got the job done and cleaned up everything.
