They did a great job for a first time clean. They asked what needed to be done and got started. They also let me know for first time cleans they like to focus on getting all of the dust, which they did a fabulous job on. My only thoughts might be to not focus on specific rooms as much but the whole house.

Maggie and her saff were nice. She was 1 1/2 hours late and I had to call her. The 3 of them were here 2 1/2 hours and were unable to complete the job my home is 2195 sq ft and not that hard to clean with 3 people. The forgot to clean the tub and toilet area in the master bath. The kitchen floor was done but not well and as I said the job did not feel complete. I have yet to call her about this but I will today.
