He mowed my lawn at a vacant home many times. Recently put me off for several weeks then just quit. Also blocked me from returning a message. Left my lawn in such a bad shape that now I have to get a tractor in there. Not a trustworthy business person.

I hired Agape to cut the lawn. I pre paid him in February to cut yard 2x for months. He cut it 1x and never would respond to my calls.

He works on our 8 unit rental site and we have requested some extra jobs while he mows. Trash collection prior to mowing looks great. I've not seen wasps as we ask him to spray while he is on site and he emails any problems as he comes across them. He also tells us if there is an issue with renters 'mess'

i set the date for him to come cut the grass every two weeks and I paid him in advance - but I had to call him, and I even had to email him for him to cut my grass. I even sent text messages with no replies. I paid him in advance and he didn't show up per our agreement.

When I showed up (when I was supposed to) you turned me away. I gave you a really good deal cause you are retired and on a fixed income. I am a snowbird and have a home in NJ and FL. I hired this firm to take care of my landscaping, pool and pest control at the FL home. When I was in FL, the service was good. However, I went back to NJ for 3 months and paid via credit card each month. I returned to a lawn that was 10" high, a pool that can only be described as a swamp (with 2 frog in it), and a variety of insects in the house. It took me 2 hours to cut the grass, 3 days to clean the pool, and I had to hire an exterminator for the bugs. I still have to trim the bushes, fertilize, apply weed control.

"I gave this guy three weeks notice that I will not be treating his lawn anymore. I gave him advance notice so he can find another company. You cannot let a lawn or pool in Florida go for more than three weeks without mowing or treating s pool. You were given notice sir, you failed to find s new guy to treat your home. There are always two sides to a story"

My regular service provider was ill. Agape stepped in immediately to handle my yard service on a temporary basis. Very fair pricing and great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Agape to others. I plan to use them in the future, if needed.

I have a rental home in Winter Haven, FL and I live in Seattle, WA. So, I hired this guy named David (Agape Lawns & Pools) to cut my grass. He promised he would be there for the first cut on Tuesday, June 13th but never showed up. The grass had grown very long and my tenant was moving in on Thursday. I flew down from Seattle to have a new sprinkler system installed and he was supposed to meet me at the property but never showed up. When I called him he said he was to come the next day and cut the grass but once again never showed up. He knew I was not around and thought I would not find out. Then he starts texting me with derogatory language. I don't see how he has earned four stars on the Home Advisor website. Never hire this person. He is not truthful and not to be trusted. I fired him immediately. so much for Home Advisor recommendations. I will never ever go with their recommendations.

He was 3 hours late n then he was in a hurry because he had something else to do n did a very sloppy job. Damaged my plants. He couldn't do everything at that time n said to call him when n if I need service again.

Plus u gave me a sad story that u had no money and wanted a discount, so I gave it to u cause I felt sorry. And yes we have lots of yards to do so no I couldn't do all the work other than mowing. When u need extra stuff done, I have to set aside extra time. That's why I said that I can finish on another day. If I damaged any plants you could have called me. U need to communicate please"
