I was very impressed by the young man’s integrity, proficiency and professionalism. He showed up on time and there was no four hour window to block out my day. He also had his mask on and immediately put on his shoe covers when he entered my home. I highly recommend this company.

We had a tenant call us and advise us that there was smoke in the home. The Fire Department determined the reason, and it was nothing to talk about. However, while they were in the attic they found that some of the vents were corroding and asked us to repair these immediately. We called Reagan and he was out with one of his helpers that night and made the replacement to ensure the safety of our tenants. We have used him on many other projects since he is simply the best, and will always ensure what safety issues there may be, what code may be. He will discuss with you long term options and quick fixes. But be assured, you will always know what he believes is the best solution for everyone long term.

I would hope people will be careful with this man, he is very dangerous, he uses threats to get his way. He intimidates.

With your approval, we changed the old air supply lines for your ductwork that were not up to code but once the work was done, you refused to pay and have resorted to bully tactics by trying to give us a D review.
