The owner Julie, does not care about existing customers she is interested in new business. But when it comes to having to do repair work on their work, she will not return calls, she does not reply to emails, and when you do get in touch with them, she always replies when she has someone in your area they will come by and see what needs to be done. Our latest issue with her was, her workers came out to replace the canopy cover on our Sunsetter, they finally came out and replaced it, I asked the guys if they were going to adjust the canopy because it was tight and sagged badly, they replied no and left. When I called Julie she said she would come out to see what needs to be done, but by the time she got out to our place, the metal arm attachment broke, and the canopy came crashing onto the deck. I got a hold of her and she said I should call my home owner insurance. This was clearly metal fatigue which cause it to brake, then when she finally made time to come out, she told my wife and I it was an insurance company issue and should call them. Why wife got upset and said we will see you in court, then Julie who probably is very thin skinned told us that as far as she is concern we can fix it ourselves, and that she is not going to do anything for us. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their house. .

Great group; I would highly recommend them and use them for future projects. They installed our awning which, unfortunately, came with a tiny hole in it. We got a replacement and Age in Place came back to swap the material.

Dishonest. They promised to come out and fix the problem with the remote transmitter (which does not retract the awning all the way, since they installed the new awning), but they never returned, even though I called their boss (Julie Curd) about it. The workers just took the money and left. Disappointing!

Age in Place is excellent to work with. Julie and Mr. Kibler are top notch. Very pleased, happy to recommend them. Awning is great. They work hard to provide an excellent job.

I love this company. They responded quickly, designed and built my ramp so it looks like an extension of the deck. Everyone With whom I had contact had good customer service.

We definitely got quality service and craftsmanship for the porch and handicap ramp. The porch will be a most used room in the house, aside from the kitchen.
