Ageless Masonry

Ageless installed a new asphalt driveway for me. Within days, the gravel started falling off, and depressions formed with water pooling. They either used a low quality asphalt or did it at the wrong temperature. I spent months being told I was "On the warranty list" but it takes awhile. It's been two years with no response. The end result is that they did a bad job did not deliver as per the contract, and refuse to honor their warranty. Happy to share photos and emails.

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We were very excited to work with Ageless but once we signed the contract everything changed. Had to call multiple times for a start date, that then changed twice without notice. We were told the job would take 3 days, in all it took about 2 weeks+ because of constant no shows, no calls on days we were told they were coming. We constantly re-worked our schedule to be available to them for nothing. My husband basically took on a 2nd job having to call every day to see what was going on. In this time, the work done was amateur at best. The crew that was sent the Saturday of Morial day weekend were awful. They did not fully demo the driveway apron curb and left it a mess. he concrete patio they poured has wavy edges and dips in the center where water now pools. They also damaged our fence by backing a dumpster into it (it was later mostly fixed but still shows signs of damage). Wet concrete was splashed everywhere and not cleaned (on our brand new pool, garage door, house) It was at this point that we raised a concern and started to complain. Tom showed up and completely agreed with everything that we pointed out admitting that the ball had been dropped on our job (his exact words) and taking responsibility. Later that day the owner, Bobby finally showed up (after no showing day 1 like he promised) He could basically care less, he never offered an apology, and basically blew off our concerns stating concrete work is never perfect. (less than perfect is one thing, this was just bad -expensive- work) I even made a joke that if they were so proud of this work, to post pictures of it on his social sites, he has has not wonder why. We were told that the Driveway apron would be fixed - and it sort of was - with a cheap bag of concrete from Home Depot that is a different color and texture as the rest of the concrete used on the job. When his workers warned of this, Bobby was said to have not cared and instructed them to just get it done regardless. He took off $500. While we were waiting on Blacktop, we were advised by Sherwood that we should install a drain, in front of the garage. While we never had an issue with water pooling before he said he could not guarantee it would not be an issue after their work and that it would cost less to install now than if we waited to see if it was an issue. We basically felt backed against a wall having already invested so much. The install took less than 2 hours to in, with the cheapest materials they could buy, we were charged 2k. We held back the last 1k of our balance with the agreement that it would be paid upon final walk through and satisfaction with the job. Once the driveway blacktop was installed and dried, we found that they had not pitched it correctly therefore none of the water leads to the drain, It is useless and water pools everywhere. In the first days after install a chunk has already come out of the driveway. We were to pay the workers the balance when they came back to install our gate, clean up the splashed concrete (they cleaned some, not all). We explained that we were unhappy with the work and would need one of the bosses to come back and address our concerns before we could pay them any more money. We wanted to give them the opportunity to fix things. Sherwood was scheduled to come back 6/28. No show, no call. We reached out one final time on 7/11 to follow up as we still had not heard from anyone. We were told Sherwood was out of the office that day and a message would be left. We have yet to hear back and do not expect to. It is clear that they have no interest in making this right and are done with us. I would imagine they realize it will cost them more to correct their poorly executed work than what we owe them. We are thoroughly underwhelmed by our entire experience and would NEVER recommend this company!

Nick, the lead on the project, is exceptional: personable, knowledgeable and honest. The Chimney needed alot more than just a cleaning. He explained everything in detail and showed physical evidence of need. The increased cost was unexpected, but he proved and explained the necessity in detail.

Nick was professional, friendly and respectful from start to finish. He clearly explained everything and patiently answered my questions. He and his crew did a beautiful job on my new stoop. I would recommend Ageless without reservation.

They were prompt time wise and had a very large crew, every crew member worked hard. They completed the work and the several other items we requested as well. Very professional and already received compliments on their work. Honest and trust worthy , would recommend and have already to family and friends. The walkway and all the other stone work was great. Great and Fast results

Ageless Chimney replaced the old chimney. The work started, and ended, on time. The new chimney is fitted properly to the house (and siding). The project manager and team answered any questions I had while the work progressed; all conversations were friendly and relaxed.

Charlie and his crew showed up on time. They worked quickly and neatly. They were professionals. The work was done perfectly. From now on they will be my first call for any masonry work I need done around my house.

I couldn't find a category for chimney repair, so I hope people can find this review. Our oil company came to do the annual boiler cleaning and said there was a nest in the chimney. I had their recommended chimney company come for an estimate and they said we needed a new liner and brickwork (we have a very old house so I wasn't surprised), but their price seemed high. I'm usually wary about calling a company without a personal recommendation, but I called Ageless based on their on-line reviews and couldn't be happier. Their price was considerably less than we were quoted by the first company. They arrived on time, were able to do the work same day and were done in about an hour. The guys were very professional and everything was clean when they left. Don't be surprised if you see this same review on other web sites - I'm very happy to recommend this company!

Bobby was very professional, timely and performed the work within schedule. I would definitely recommend him for block-work as well as any concrete (poured) jobs. Very reasonable, good customer service and cleaned up at the end.

The most professional place - from the people who answered the phone, to the people who did the job. EVERYTHING was flawless. I couldn't say a bad thing about them. The work preformed was beautiful, and it exceeded my expectations. They even finished a day early!

Worst company I ever worked with. Maybe they do chimneys well but they don't know how to do concrete and patio work. Did a horrible job trying to repair a previously bad patio job. They had to be carefully watched to make sure they did the proper thing. Their initial assessment of the job was poor and they saw later they had to do more than expected then I think they tried to cut corners just to finish the job quickly. The head man was argumentative and abusive.
