Shannon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, punctual, and thorough. Iâ ve never had an inspector ask if we had any specific questions or concerns but he did. The report was also so much quicker than expected and well written so even we could understand. He found so many things that we wouldâ ve never seen or known until after our house was purchased.
