Aggressive Concrete

They were professional from the beginning to the end of the project. There could of been more communication. The morning of the start of the project I was called one hour before. Wish I had given some more notice. Otherwise all the work was high quality. I especially had great communication from Tammy who came out to give me a quote asap. I received my quote the same day. She was very helpful throughout this process. Thank you.

Not installed yet but satisfied so far

I used Agressive in August 2021. Work was highly skilled, techs were professional. The owner was visible almost daily and was easy to work with even when we had a little trouble shooting with install and design. This Company kept their word on all fronts with patios, walkway and driveway. I My husband and I are very pleased with end result and get compliments on this quality install frequently. We are very picky when it comes to upgrading our home. We reside in Surf Side Beach..

Very good job and great communication

Thought there would be inserts for expansion joints, but was told they do not do that.

First time using this company, just not sure as to how long this is going to take from an eventual start date to finish. Better customer service would be helpful and reassuring.

Very unorganized and does not communicate or give customer clear communication of what to expect. After delivering our deposit, we only heard back from the company when we call them to inquire when they planned to start. To our surprise, they were planning to start weeks later than they initially indicated, and the first period had already expired. If you are not going to start on schedule it would be great to communicate that to the customer. Secondly, they do not pay attention to the customers description of work desired. The laborers showed up prepared to install something totally different dimensions than what we requested. Finally, when the did finish the foundation for the pavers, they showed up with the wrong pavers. They mixed up the order of our paver project with another project. Had to reload the pavers and leave the area unfinished for several days. In fact, the pavers have still yet to be installed.

Started off in June and we had issues with the permit, they were not communicating with me. The end result is up to my satisfaction.
