The whole team is great from beginning to end. Pricing is transparent and reasonable. They try their best to keep the promised schedule and give update promptly. Alfred and Mark are friendly and care for my furnitures.

This is the third time this company has moved my family belongings. Their in office personnel are efficient, understanding and so helpful. Their lead person and fellow workers were so kind, efficient and willing to carefully pack and place our boxes and furniture. The crew was exceptionally hard working and helpful with suggestions. Their pricing was competitive with other firms.

The move was exceptional from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, I was given a quote within minutes of speaking with John (Moving Consultant) there were no surprise fees or up charges. Ms. Denise was my contact person and she did my scheduling and kept me in the loop of the trucks location. She was a delight to work with and even called me after hours from home. I canâ t say enough about the moving crew Billly Jean, Lucas and Nate- they were superior! Very hard working, professionals yet kind, caring and had dynamic personalities! My things arrived intact without damage! These gentlemen made my move easy and worry free!

2 guys Daniel Toms and Elie Merzius, awesome team work! Very professional and care for my furnitures. Friendly and patiently whenever or whatever as I asked questions. Also they are continuously updated me about arrival time etc.. I definitely recommend that company and especially this great team! !

Shane started this process honest, professional and accurate. The estimate pricing was totally accurate. Ontario exceeded expectations. he was professional, knowledgeable ,Kind and a partner in my move. Cedric help tremendously. The care that was shown to â our memories â was a choice that allowed final delivery of perfection. There is no other choice.

Follow Up: Shane from Agility made good on his word and like in the "Good Old Days" we came to an understanding and agreement on a damaged item. Agility is a fair and trustworthy company in a sometimes untrustworthy world. We are safe and sound in North Carolina! I HIGHLY recommend contacting them for any moving needs you have!
