Lights were not hung correctly, There was too much "slack" in string of lights. Just did not look professional. Should have used timers to avoid turning lights on and off manually.

I was very pleased with your company. I called to get a quote in the morning and they came out that night to give me a quote. They were very prompt. The appointment was then scheduled for the following day at 9am. They showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment and explained to me in detail exactly what they were going to do. After the Christmas lights where put up Jacee and Jo showed me exactly how to work them. I am very pleased with the service and will recommend them to my family and friends.
