Agnes Cleaning Service

Horrible experience. I hired this service on the day I expected guests and ended up cleaning hours by myself after the cleaning lady left. Dirty floors and toilets left. I called with complaints and was completely ignored by the owner, who cashed my check and was rude.... do not recommend

Initial cleaning was inadequate company sent workers a second time and doing so they scratched front of stove and company does not want to take responsability of the damage.

Agnes was extremely responsive to our needs. Work was time critical and she was able to schedule at short notice. Staff was excellent and detail oriented. Will definitely use again.

Work was poorly done. I complained to Agnes and nothing was done. The oven wasn't cleaned, doors and windows were dirty. I also asked for the walls to be cleaned and they were not touched. I was quoted $130 and was charged $150.

Agnes kept in touch with me with scheduling my cleaning service. She even worked with me when I had to do a last minute reschedule. The girls were on time and ready to clean. My tenants left the apartment in really bad conditions and it was heartbreaking. The girls took their time with cleaning everything. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting due to the tenants not cleaning. I lost hope on appliances, I thought I would have to replace them, but the girls brought them back to life and they look like brand new. Not to mention how spotless the bathroom was cleaned. They spent more time cleaning than initially planned but they were determined to get the job done and they did just that. Nothing was untouched, baseboards, ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets inside and out, even the front door was cleaned up. I know it sounds as if I m rambling but I am so happy with their work. I would recommend Agnes Cleaning services to all. I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you so much!!!!

I had a difficult time setting up my first service. I tried several times to leave messages for a call back. I finally reached Agnes by phone in the early am. I set up what I thought was my first service. After waiting the 3 hour window, I called and she had forgotten that we had scheduled the service for that day. She acknowledged that it was her error and insisted on making it right. She had the girls come out on a Saturday morning. The time frame was between 9-11:00. I called at 11:30 at the same time she was leaving me a message that they would be there within 30 minutes. They did come and spent a good amount of time cleaning. I was charged a little more than what was quoted to me on the phone but did ask the girls to do a couple of extra tasks. I left a message a week later looking to give this service another chance, advised what I thought could have been done better and have yet to receive a call back. Unfortunately, unless I hear back from her in the next few days, I will be looking for another service. I was so hoping this was going to work out for my needs.

Agnes is amazing. the place was spotless. She was flexible. My movers were delayed in moving us out on a Saturdayand she was scheduled for Saturday but I had to have the place cleaned. She and her crew offered to come at 6am on a Sunday. And they did. Can't say enough good things about Agnes. She is my new cleaning service!

About 30% cheaper than other services we've used but some drop off in quality.

Very reasonable, polite and extremely attentive, I sent Agnes pictures of my 'after construction' house in Mount Prospect to get a quote. Agnes & her team followed all my instructions and did a very thorough cleaning job. I would definitely recommend Agnes to anyone & everyone.

They were very prompt in their response. When it came to the actual cleaning, they did not meet my expectations. They were in such a hurry, there needed to be more attention to detail.
