Sergio had to miss 2 days of work, so instead of doing the job in 2 days, it took 4 days. His excuse did not seem validate. Supposedly wife with new baby at home because they were ill. His mother lives in the vicinity of his family. I believed something could have been worked out diffferently

Sergio was an excellent carpenter. He knew exactly what he was doing, knew what materials he needed, and did a beautiful job of hanging 5 doors and some other carpentry needs. I called him one day and he was at my house the next day and arrived early. He completed the job in record time and was very reasonably priced. He also did his best to save me money by the materials he bought. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone with carpentry or general construction needs. Very good at remodeling. I needed installation of ceiling molding and floorboard molding, plus other odds and ends. Sergio was very cooperative and completed all tasks in a timely and professional manner. Showed up when stated and answered email promptly. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend him and would hire him again for anything I need done.

I hired this guy through another website and he removed himself from that site once I gave him a negative review, so here goes: He was hired to redo my bathroom (big job) and to fix some water damage to my ceilings (smaller job). The first day (on a Saturday) he showed up hours late and did not finish, no big deal. It was a lot of work. The second day he did not show up at all and meanwhile I had a toilet sitting in my front yard and NO TOILET IN THE BATHROOM. Next day, showed up to finish the bathroom, was there less than two hours and left. At this point, having been paid for the big job, he put me off for another week. He was supposed to show up on a Saturday and backed out saying he had to make it Sunday instead. Did a couple of minor things on Sunday and left. Said he could not come back until Thursday. Thursday morning texted me and said when he texted me about Thursday he meant to say Friday. At that point, I told him that we were now going on two weeks to finish a small job, and he better finishes the job on Friday or he would not get paid, at which point he said he did not like threats and wanted to call it quits. Again, not worried about keeping my business once the big job was done. Overall, a horrible experience. And if he tries to dispute this review, remember that you can not count on anything he says.

"Yes, I do admit that I had to be late at times because I was already at another job. I also did advise her and told her that I had other jobs going on. She still agreed to go with me. For this job, I was asked to be at her house after 12 pm because her husband worked overnight and did not get home until 4 AM or so, not only that but I would get her materials and things that were needed for her job to be done. I did all of that for free so the job could be finished smoothly and not have to wait on materials. We tore out and redid her bathroom completely. Yes, we were unable to finish the bathroom that day. I didn't have the materials needed to reinstall the toilet that day. But I did go back the next day, as agreed by the homeowner to finish off the toilet. I communicated with her and told her what was going on every step of the way. I also threw in a lot of free tasks that would took me a min to do, just to keep my customer happy. Now, as far as her claim goes that I didn't accept her smaller job is not accurate because I accepted her whole job as one. Even though I had already started and was halfway finished with her smaller job needing one more day to finish it off I didn't get my half of the payment for starting the sheetrock work. As we had agreed I would get paid for each task as they got finished. so, to be honest with anyone that reads this I did I actually tried to do all of the work until she threatened me on not paying me... so I spoke with her and she rudely told me "bye"."

Absolutely pleased with service rendered. Initial request was for baseboards, but when asked if mobile home doors could be installed i was advised yes and my request changed immediately to doors. Service was fast and efficient and even though it was a project that took longer then anticipated Sergio, hope I spelled that correctly, was patient and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have had. Will definately request his assistance in the near future
