Wood Fence Repair
The price was excellent for estimate on post and cost for pickets; however, I didn't get an estimate on the number of pickets that I woukld need to replace; therefore, I didn't have an actually amount for job. I wan't able to meet contract, but they came out right away and provided and estimate timely.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Miguel did a super job! Replaced the whole sprinkler manifold, in time to meet a dealine for selling the house, and it works great! I'd hire him again!

They came out on 1st visit at no charge, 2nd visit they replaced 2 valves for lower than the original estimate.

The work provided went well. He had to replace the sprinklers twice, because the first heads weren't working good enough. He also cleaned up the weeds within the rocks in the front, and everything looks nice. Less then a week later the sprinkler heads stopped working and we called him to take a look, still awaiting response.
