It seems that the repairman Raul Aguirre does not know what he is doing. His fixing the washer broke the part, and he wants to charge for the part. Again he does not want to give the original receipt of the store. That creates doubt about the price and originality of new part. His 30 day warranty is useless as he does not come again, once he gets his money. In spite of several calls, he gave false promises and did not come. The other reviewer is right. He gives bad impression of his Hispanic community. Because of the repairman like him, nobody would trust the community.

We hired him thinking we were helping a small, Hispanic business and in turn, we were over-charged, mistreated and disrespected!
