We really tried to make it work with Agusto plumbing but literally every piece work they did for us ended up having tons of problems that we are still discovering and fixing seven months later. This was our worst ever experience having work done on our house. - During the work (water filtration and softener system, under the sink carbon filter installation), they were often late to appointments and even flat out forgot about appointments resulting in no shows. They usually never followed up unless we called them. They rarely if ever apologized. Equipment deliveries were delayed by weeks. - The under the sink filter was initially installed incorrectly. We had to bring them back to fix it after discovering the problem ourselves. - The water softener and iron filter were installed incorrectly with the connector pipes connected the wrong way. We discovered this and had to bring them back 2 months later to fix it. - 7 months later, we have discovered the water softener and filtration system were connected to the wrong line to begin with and that all the treater water this whole time was not even being delivered to the house and was instead being sent to the irrigation line. During this time, we spent several hundred hours trying to figure out what was wrong and had thousands of dollars worth of clothes and linens ruined by the untreated water. Our appliances and fixtures got mineral build up and we had to replace the fixtures multiple times.

Joshua was great! He called me to let me know he was on his way. He replaced the starter on the gas fire pit, cleaned the area of spider webs, and made sure it worked correctly before he left. I will be using Agusto Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

They showed up on time and fixed the problem with my tub. I forgot to tell them that the toilet was running frequently. When I asked if they could fix it, they got the part and came to my house the next day and the toilet was fixed. They worked the entire time they were here and knew what they were doing. I will continue to use Agusto Plumbing.

Being retired out of the trades after 30+ years as a ironworker, you meet and talked to many other trade unions. Upon acquiring a bid from Agustin plumbing, it was easy for me to recognize that they knew what they were talking about. Ryan was in a out in no time at all. As for the price, I canâ  t tell you if it was high or low because Iâ  ve always done my own work. I just wanted a professional to do the work provided as it was in a crawl space
