You would not be disappointed with Ahlgren's service. The two guys that showed up to my apartment, Kareem and Brandon, were very professional and they worked really fast. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use their service again.

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was missing book shelves and now cannot use my bookcase until other shelves can be made. This company is the worst one that I have ever used and I have moved several times in the past several years. They are more interested in getting paid (which was twice the estimate) and the owner blamed everything on me for all the problems. Never again would I call on them to move me again.

"I gave Eleanore a $150 discount after her move for any inconveniences on our behalf. We always strive to move fast and efficient, but it is impossible when customers continuously stand in the hallways and doorways as we are carrying in couches dressers, etc. Also the we are very prompt and can not stop the clock because the customer gets lost on the way to the new residence(we waited hour and a half). We did meet her in the middle with a price discount that we should not even had to do in the first place. We are sorry for any missing shelves they were not on our moving truck after the move. They may have been left behind, but I do believe the $150 discount will buy new shelves. I did not do an estimate prior to this move as it was not requested, but I am more than happy to come out and give free estimates to anyone if requested in adequate time prior to move."

Great crew came and took care of all of our belongings, both loading and unloading. Easy to work with, they kept us informed of any schedule changes. I would highly recommend this company.

This group of guys were professional and fun to watch. They move so fast yet are very meticulous about their work. They watch every corner and talk to each other so that the packing and moving and unloading are very well coordinated. And they smile and joke to keep things like. I will be hiring them to move my things out of storage!

Despite giving a pretty exact list of items to be moved, these guys showed up with a truck that was too small to carry all my items in one trip. Apparently, the larger truck they owned was having repairs and they were trying to make my move work. Well, I ended up having to hire them a second time to carry the rest of the items to my new home which cost me an additional $650 in addition to the original price agreed upon. Although they worked hard, I would not use them again due to what I consider a bad experience.

"I did not realize Brenda had a bad experience. She was very pleasant to work with both days. I did not do an onsite estimate so therefore did not know exactly what she had to move. She moved a few hours away but we offered great rates for both moves. We brought our largest truck for her move we never said our truck was broke down but I did offer to rent a much larger truck before the job ever started, which she declined. I came back to move the remainder of items that were to large for her to carry and also a number of other items that were added at the very end. Brenda tipped my team and seemed extremely pleased at the end of her move. If I had know she was upset I would have tried to make things right. Also, I do not guarantee all items will fit in one truck load if I am not given the chance to do an on site estimate. We are sorry for any inconveniences and will offer discounts for your next instate move"

Chad Ahlgren and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They took great care with all of our belongings. They wrapped items in blankets and then wrapped them with plastic wrap to keep the blankets in place. They were professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done. The price was very reasonable. I've already recommended them to two friends who are planning moves. I highly recommend Ahlgren's to everyone moving.

I researched moving companies for a friend who was very busy with moving details. My search found 2 companies & Ahlgrens called within 10 minutes! The two men who did the move were highly professional, efficient, and courteous. Everything was moved in same condition in which it started. They were a pleasure to work with and I am embarrassed to say I lost the piece of paper I'd written their names on to mention them specifically. So--to the men who moved a Bayswater address to a Jacklyn Ct address on Mon, Sept 24---awesome job!!!

Chad and his crew were excellent in moving me recently. They arrived on time and began the work upon getting at my home to move me. They wrapped up my furniture to protect it and handled all the boxes with the best care. The cost for the move was affordable per hour and the customer service was by far the best service one could expect to receive. When I make my next move, I know now that Ahlgren's Transport will be my preferred moving company.
