Britt Bridges at Ahold of Mold has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I searched reviews of businesses that were in this space after having a toilet leak water under my floorboards, and Ahold of Mold seemed like the best choice to me. I'm glad I trusted that decision because Britt was responsive, quick, and more importantly very honest and transparent. He treated my home as if it were his own, and was very transparent that there was very little moisture detected, let alone mold. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. He didn't try to invent any problems. He did some tests with an impressive assortment of tools, and he gave me an honest solution to my problem. And that solution did not require him to do anything else. You do not find contractors as honest as Britt in this day and age, and after driving over an hour roundtrip, I am impressed with the high integrity and standards at Ahold of Mold. Thank you, Britt.

We had some possible mold in our a/c air handler. Britt was nice enough to come take a quick look at it and offered me some possible next steps to take. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or treat me like just a potential customer. He came over as if he was a friendly neighbor helping diagnose the problem. This was just the kind of service I had been searching for. Because of this, if/when we do have a mold problem, Britt will be my first call and my first recommendation to anyone else.

Owner led me to believe the are honest and professional. Don't even know the guys names who did the work only that they drove his company van. No explanation of what was done or what was found. Area was enclosed preventing me from seeing the work until it was too late. No proof of mold was shown even in taking a simple picture. Debris was left bagged on the curb for garbage pickup. No PPE was worn and the walked freely in my house. Fans ran for 6 days while I was on vacation although the had access through my neighbor. Contractor later came to replace damage to the wall they removed to find mold in adjoining bathroom that was exposed. Owner agreed to "make it right" Waited 3 weeks, contacting him twice, for what he thought was a fair reimbursement of $625.12 of the almost $2800 I had paid. This is no way a 5 star company. I was scammed and ended up paying another $3500 to have mold removed and reconstruction of not only original wall but also entire shower area in adjoining bath.

These guys came out quickly to help with our new home purchase that had mold in the crawl space. Being a new mom I was terrified to say the least! Super professional and family oriented which is hard to find. I highly recommend!
