I had explained this was a very small project - just 2-3 shingles had blown up and needed sealed. We didn t have a tall enough ladder. They offered a price based on a picture and said they would also look for other shingles that needed sealed while on the roof. Also, when running late they kept in contact with me to update the ETA. That way i wasn t having to sit around the house wondering if they were still coming. Would highly recommend and will call again if we need repairs or a new roof.
