Daren was able to do a thorough consultation and provided me with a number of new ideas for how to design the lighting in my home. He not only advised me on the best practices and most effective layout but also executed the plan quickly and for a very fair price. Id work with Daren again.

Darren is a highly experienced professional electrician who communicates very well. He did an electric generator installation for us along with a replacement of a defective GFI outlet. The generator install was handled in a knowledgable, efficient manner. Darren explained how he would approach the project, obtained all necessary additional parts for the interface with our electrical panel, installed everything in a neat manner then stayed with us to do a dry run with the new electric generator. He also tagged the circuits we wanted to be able to use, evaluated our generatorâ s power supply, and gave us written instructions to post by the electric panel. Before he left, he made sure we understood how to safely use the new generator and provided us with numerous helpful suggestions. Would give Darren Aiello six stars if we could!

Aeillo was recommended by Gallant Pool Company to connect the electrical for the pool Aiello also agreed to put outlets in the basement and connect a portable generator/ transfer switch to the outside of the garage. Doug Fales of Aiello Electric took back the invoice to update and stopped by one afternoon to collect the remainder of the bill. He said he would be out the next week to complete the basement and transfer switch. He never returned and is now claiming the $7700 was simply to connect the electrical to the pool. I have asked for an itemized bill and he has not responded. We are on a well and lose electricity often- meaning we cannot use the toilets without electricity. I believed he was returning to finish the job and I feel there is nothing I can do about it. I have had two other electricians look at the work and both have said the bill is triple what it should have been.

Although Darren does good work, his communication and way of doing business was unacceptable. Though I requested an SOW and itemized estimate of the cost and scope in the beginning, he did not come through on this until he was done with the work. To make things worse, he overcharged me and threatened to disable his work if I did not agree to the additional money he was asking for. Buyer beware!

Darren wAs knowledgeable and efficient in knowing what and how things should be done properly. He worked in a timely manner and I was confident in his ability in getting the job done He is not as timely in responding to messages however no worries he s reliable
