I had an amazing experience with this business at my newly purchasd condo. I initially hired Stephen Aiello to re-grout my shower tiles. He went way above and beyond my expectations and helped me fix my entire shower after other issues came up once the work started. He explained the situation and gave me options to fix the problems. He was able to finish the project beautifully and gave me such a great cost to fix it all. He is professional, timely, has a lot of integrity in his work and business. If I could give him a 10 star I would, because he and his business deserve it. I would highly recommend this company for your future repairs and renovation work. I will refer him to all my friends and family and continue to use him for future projects. Thank you so much!

Aiello was speedy and great to work with. Had a undermount sink which became detached from the marble countertop. Occurred prior to the holidays so difficult to find someone to come out and replace however very shortly after adjusting scope of work of my repair request, Stephen reached out and was able to schedule the appointment to fix my sink immediately. Job was done in less than an hour. Stephen and Justin were very professional and courteous during the entire job and would highly recommend for any stonework in the future. Plan to have Stephen do some additional work as well!

Aiello was great. We had a small chip repair done in our quartz countertop. Quick at getting back go me, available within the week, and just really nice folks. Highly recommend!

Stephen did an excellent job on fixing a chipped out piece on a marble countertop. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the job he did. He was also very forthcoming with other advice about caring for the marble countertop - much appreciated!

Steven went above and beyond to finish the job at hand. He had to cut out my granite countertop to fit in a new cooktop. There was wood below the stone that was obstructing the installation. He went ahead and took care of that well beyond the job requirement and within the price we agreed upon. I'd without any hesitation recommend him. He's friendly and the communication has been a breeze.

Stephen took the time to do quality work. He reviewed the current crack in our counter, diagnosed the problem and sealed the crack so that we can get years of additional use out of our granite counter tops.

It was unfortunate that his assistant quit when installation was to begin, so the project was delayed from early May and completed mid May. Aiello told me it was a one day installation process. It took a couple of days where his new assistant had to leave early. I had prepared the clearance of the existing kitchen counter prior to the initial date for install. The result: ending up with the kitchen compromised for normal functions that took too long. Due to timing uncertainty and changes, I didn't have the final payment on-hand. I didn't appreciate the remark that unless I paid at that moment when they had to leave immediately, he could put a lien on my house. I managed to transfer funds for the amount due upon completion. The perfection; attention to detail and outcome of the kitchen came out beautifully. I hope my evaluation helps everyone; mainly it's all about reasonable timing.

I had my kitchen counters refinished, they were on time (very important to me) they made sure everything was covered, I was kept informed at every step of the work. They just did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone requiring countertop work.

I was pretty happy with the work Stephen did. This project sure took a while to get done. Had a warrantee issue with the material that required a 2nd install to be done. Everything working with Stephen and the quality of work done was great. I will hire again. The only difficulty I had through the entire process was getting call backs. Had a few times where I wasn't able to get in touch with Stephen and it took a couple days before I got a call back. But value for the money and Quality of work done. I was very happy. and I plan on using Stephen again for a Bathroom install.

I had new kitchen counters installed and it was one of those jobs that came out even better than you ever expected. I love my new counters and sink. They were very conscientious of your home and their work. Thank you.

Our granite kitchen countertop edges were pretty severely chewed up. Steve and his minion worked with both vigor and care, and at the end of the process we had a wonderfully complete repair job. Grinding, filling, smoothing - fine match between the installed granite and the fill. I would recomment them without hesitation or reservation!
