I'm a hard rater. I only give 5 stars when the they are overall exceptional. That being said, the tech was friendly, punctual and experienced. He did a routine cleaning of my whole house AC/Heater unit. Would use them again.

Very impressed overall with Josh. He was pleasant to deal with, had his shoe covers and put them on without me asking (brownie point!), very efficient and his prices very reasonable. He actually fixed my trash disposal and didn't charge me anything extra. I would definitely hire him again!

We had an emergency and they called the next morning but we missed the voicemail! The work was done right last time around. The tech who came by was definitley type a, meticulous and really into his work. Overall I recommedn them.

Thermostat - Install or Replace
Josh was fabulous; I needed him to install 2 Honeywell Z-wave thermostats; unfortunately our last contractor did not leave enough common power wires to correctly install the upper unit; josh was able to cannibalize an unused ADT panel to route power to the unit and the furnace controller; we have heat!

It was a great experience. Josh came and fixed our issue and installed a new thermostat. He stayed to make sure it was set up properly and we knew how to work it. He took his time and did not try to sell us anything not necessary. He was very honest. The price was very reasonable. Very happy!

Heat Pump Repair or Service
When I talked to him, he said he would be here in 15 minutes. He was here in 15 minutes. He did a good job. I would highly recommend him. I had to wait a day for the part but he put it in and we have heat.
