William is unreliable.

It hard to find good workers and I am very picky. I donâ  t like lazy people and I will tell you these people are not lazy they did an awesome job! They clean up very well go out of there way to make sure we were happy with there work so very nice! I would hire them again! I want to add he served for our country also and we thank you for your service! Thank u so much!

He did a good job and came on time as promised but need to make clear on the cost before work starts, so that there is no confusion later on.

No attention to detail. Does a shoddy job, I paid to have a rose bush trimmed down before it starts to bloom. He trimmed the bush and did not remove the trash that had blown into it. Does okay job with just cutting the grass but anything beyond that is terrible. Also, yard waste is left for you to put out with the trash instead of him putting it on the curb or removing it.

William was very dependable and flexible, he did a nice job and followed through with his plans. He was friendly and easy to work with.

BUYER BEWARE! I was highly disappointed with how this young man cut my lawn. My lawn was uneven and there were several areas missed. He did a rush job. I did not notice the damage at the time as it was cut in the evening and getting dark. I was embarrassed the following morning when my neighbor asked me who jacked up your yard? Additionally, this lawn care provider charged $5 for each bag of grass he bagged. Of course, he did not inform me of this charge when we originally discussed his fee. When I called him to discuss my concern with the overall condition of my lawn, he told me that the unevenness was due to the height of my grass... not true. He then told me *Dude, find someone else to cut your lawn.* Home Advisor please do a better job at screening your providers. I should have known better considering his reviews were over a year old.

Was very fast in getting in contact with me!...Sent pictures...did the job almost immediately...check was still on the way to him as I am out of state....great.job...happy to have this company on my side!
