Bernie and Air ASAP were great I used him for years. Now O cant find him I think he retired what do I do now for my HVAC needs HELP

I wrote in around 11pm, I had a text at 7am the next day, they were there at 8am, problem fixed and done by 9am. Amazing!

Called in the morning, Bernie arrived in the afternoon and within 2 days we had a new AC unit located on the roof which requires a crane to install. I would highly recommend Air ASAP as you will not find anyone better nor any better price.

Very efficient and professional. The technician, Bernie, explained installation of my furnace as he went along and was very patient with questions. I feel confident that all was done correctly and up to code.

A/C stopped working Friday 7/7 temp high 90's and more expected on Saturday. Bernie quickly responded by phone from late evening call. Originally indicated could make it out 1-2pm on Saturday. Subsequently texted us Friday night could get here 7-8/8:30am Sat. 7:30 am at the door/job done/outstanding service. Reasonable pricing on top of the incredible service. He's our guy from now on for hvac.

First off, Bernie is the owner and will be personally involved in your project. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge. I really appreciated how Bernie approached the project and how upfront he was about making certain changes and how they would affect the home cooling/heating situation, or the overall project success. He was very detailed in his approach and his inspection - the only one of the bids that I received that actually inspected the venting in the attic, rather than guessing by the age of the home. I HIGHLY recommend Bernie and Air ASAP and believe that this local & small business will continue to have great success in the local South OC markets!

Bernie came out to give me an estimate an a complete air conditioner, furnace and ducting system and to relocate the new AC condenser to the side of the house. First impression he got here 10 min before the appointment, very friendly personable courteous and professional. Explained everything he is going to do, he gave me a killer price on the job, i said let's do it, later i changed my mind wanting a different brand name system he was very helpful and immediately changed my order didn't give me any attitude. Few days later they came back for the actual installation everything went butter smooth. They put tarps down to protect the carpet everything went without a hitch i totally trusted him on the work and i wasn't worried if something is going to be missing later. I would highly recommend this guy great customer service and great quality of work along with great prices.

flexible, on time, quick - good job

Bernie is very professional and curtious!!! My furnace stopped working and I was trying to find someone at 2:30pm that could come out the same day. The overnight temps were going to be in the low 50's so we would not have been able to sleep in the house! I was so stressed out! I came to Homeadvisor and did a search and Bernie called me. He said he could come out the same day and it would be before 5pm. He showed up at 4:25! He quickly fixed the problem which turned out to be minor and only charged me the low Diagnostic Service Fee! He was very honest and didn't try to upsell me or claim that something bigger was the problem! I was so relieved that he was able to fix the problem! I would totally recommend his business and I will definitely call him again if I need service or if I decide to replace my 18 year old furnace and AC! Don't be fooled by the low number of reviews (23) it's only because he is fairly new to Homeadvisor. I have no doubt that he will have hundreds of "5" reviews in no time! :)

I scheduled for a 4:00 appt, left them a message requesting if we could do earlier - they called and accommodated me on my service time change. Very happy my air is back on!

Bernie was very professional and explained everything. We did have a few items that had to be addressed as our unit was quite old. Everything is working fine now. I felt his prices and quality of work were better than most.

Bernie and his co-workers were RIGHT on time and did a really complex job, efficiently but in a timely manner. His quoted rate was better than everywhere else, but the work was by no means shoddy. In fact, we felt we were getting a more straight answer from Bernie about everything than from a few other companies that had come out (we had a little time to shop around before escrow closed). Good people, good work, good price.

I would also like to mention that the turn around time to get the new air conditioner installed was excellent. Great customer service. Would definitely call them again if I needed.
