Came and fixed my unit for a reasonable price

Roger returned a phone call in about 30 min on a Sunday evening. Gave me some troubleshooting advice for my 1996 Trane furnace and got it going. He knows his stuff. What a good man! Thanks for your help Roger.

Andrew and Dylan did a fantastic job! They arrived quickly after I called and repaired my heater during below freezing temperatures. They found an easy problem to fix, were very honest and were extremely personable. I highly recommend them!

I called Roger one evening and he took the time to explain to me what could be wrong with my heat. Not many companies will do that. Roger and his crew installed a new 3-ton Trane A/C and heat system yesterday at my home. They did a great job, were on time, worked non-stop, cleaned up before leaving and hauled away old system. On top of that, they are just very nice people! I cannot say enough great things about this company, I am so happy I hired them, I absolutely recommend True Comfort, LLC!!

I searched home advisor to have my furnace and a/c replaced. On a Sunday I did the search not expecting a call or anything until the nect business day. Mr. Tucker took my call, I explained I have a house in Little Rock and I currently live in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Tucker was highly informative over the phone and sent me a quote via emsil, always stayed in touch with me each step by phone, text and email. I felt very comfortable with him, when I asked to see his license and other paperwork he immediately sent them to me no hesitation. Mr. Tucker even referred me to his BBB rating and I checked that out as well. Mr. Tucker came to my house to inspect the install areas, then came back when all items ordered and installed everything in 1 day. True comfort was easy to do business with and I highly recommend them. Thank you very much for making my life easier!!!

Professional installation. Also checked with manufacturer to find a rebate offer that allowed me to go with a higher efficiency unit at only a slightly higher price.

Super quick response, showed up within an hour of our appointment time, which IMO is totally acceptable considering how busy they are. Fixed my AC unit, explained the problem(s) and what caused them. We will have to replace the whole thing in the near future and I will definitely be calling them to do the work. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
