July 9, 2017 Vick came to my home he told me my AC unit needed freon, when I scheduled the appointment I told them I had 3 units at my home I was told by the lady it would be one price to check all three and no charge if I did the work. No the case in any event the unit in the master I told him had to be fixed he gave me a price of $500 to add freon I declined, he then said $400 I declined he said if you can pay cash $300 I will put in the freon and make sure you have no leaks then he claimed I did have a leak called the office they told him $200 I said no he said I will fix the leak can no extra charge he spray silicon on the coil told me I would have cold air in 24hrs no I did not I called back spoke to owner he tells me he will call Vick, They both call me hours later offering for me to purchase a $4500 new ac. I told them I want my $300 back he did not put in freon they said no. I am researching there address and will be going to take actions. Horrible.

In June, 2016, I contacted Home Advisor for recommendations for A/C companies to troubleshoot/repair problems I was having with the A/C portion of my HVAC unit. Air Bulance LLC was one of the companies recommended by them. I called Air Bulance LLC for an appointment and the technician arrived to troubleshoot my HVAC. After completing the work on my HVAC, the technician was very quick to promote their A/C service contract. I have had HVAC service contracts in the past, and decided that I would go ahead and purchase the 5-yr-at-price-of-a-3-yr-contract offer. The technician gave me his phone number so that I could contact him personally if I ever had a problem. I recently attempted to call and the phone number he gave me does not accept incoming calls. So... NOW BEGINS THE SAGA: I called and spoke with a "David", and asked to make an appointment for a technician to come out to troubleshoot my HVAC unit because my A/C compressor started making a loud noise, and I felt I needed to shut the system down completely at the breaker box. They called me back to schedule but never showed up for the appointment. I don't even remember anymore what was the reason for the no-show... so at this point I am without heat and A/C. I called back to let them know that I desperately needed a technician to come ASAP to troubleshoot the noise coming from my compressor unit and that I had shut the unit down and didn't have heat or A/C either. "David" told me he would schedule me and call me back with an appointment. "David" never called me back (another week lapsed) so again I called the number given on my service contract, and spoke with a female who told me "David" was out of the country on a family emergency and he was the only one who scheduled the technicians. I told her to PLEASE get me scheduled ASAP, and she said she would call me back. She has never called me back. I am TOTALLY fed up by now, as getting scheduled for an appointment for service I have already paid for (5 year contract) in advance is IMPOSSIBLE to accomplish. I have notified this company by email that I want to cancel my (heretofore UNUSED) service contract and expect a full refund of my almost $400. I STILL have yet to hear anything from them. This is now going on a month since I have no heat or A/C and it's currently 62 degrees INSIDE MY HOUSE. This MAY be Florida, but COLD is COLD any way you slice it!!!! This is the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced to date!! I would not recommend Air Bulance LLC to anyone!! Home Advisor should take this company off their "recommended" list!!!!

My AC system was running but not cooling, the technician told me the system was almost empty. I paid him $459.00 to add 7 Lb of refrigerant. 30 days latter the system was doing the same thing. I called them and he came back and told me it was the dryer filter. I paid him $579.00 to change that part. here we are about 30 days later and it is doing the something again. This time when I called them, they said they will call me back. that was two days ago. Now when I call they are not answer my call. If home advisor is recommending these companies I am of the understanding that is because they are reputable. I have paid this company over $1000 and I still have the same problem. HomeAdvisor you recommended them what next should I do. My money is gone and they are not answering my call. Now I am beginning to think I was scammed.

Not a business I would recommend. Their website says they accept credit cards, but only accept checks made out to "Cash" or cash. I hired them on a Sunday and on Monday they told me my check had insufficient funds...called my back and this was not true. They are not professionals.

Repairman offered expensive services in addition to the maintenance, but forgot to change the AC filter! Also, he wanted the check made out to CASH - which I refused to do.

Affordable and good customer service.

They come fast and fix my ac in 20 min. Price was good $89 to repair the ac at 8 pm. Air Bulance has been my air conditioning company for about 5 years in two homes. I have received nothing but top service from this company. David and Jeff have never disappointed me. They are true professionals. I have never been "left waiting and wondering" what happened to a service person. I have never been told that the person can't make it today because the truck broke down. I have never had to call them back to fix the same problem. These things do not happen with Air Bulance. Even with such superb service, their prices are reasonable, The old-fashioned work ethic prevails here.

They responded quickly but left us without A/C over night. Had to call to have old equipment picked up I felt they were too expensive although probably average for short term work.

Overcharging by 350% of the normal fee for this type of maintenance. They sprayed the inside of the air-conditioning unit with household cleaning solution. Not ordered not wanted, and they refused to remove it when asked to.

The Techs were very courteous and knowledgeable worked efficiently, with care for personal property. Pointed out a pending health hazard and advised on a solution😊😊😊😊😊
