They were clean and very efficient

Alex contacted me right away and quoted me $147 for each chimney cleaning. Once he sent his tech out the man told me it was going to be $417 and I needed new caps and my chimney was leaking. I told him I was quoted $294 for both and he said nope, its $417. Felt lied to and deceived. I would not recommend it.

Did a good job. Pricing was fair. Only issue is they are difficult to reach.

NOT GOOD. Paid too much for the service. Did not do an inspection of my fireplace cap. Also, cleaned my dryer vent. Did not clean the back of dryer or hose to the dryer!

I hired them for cleaning the chimney and an inspection. A young guy showed up and cleaned the chimney and inspect it with a verbal result. I paid for cleaning the fireplace. He found problems that needed to be repaired. He gave me a verbal estimate of $650 and asked me to pay 50% in advance so he can buy some material needed for the repair. I paid a check to him for $325.00 in addition to the check for cleaning the fireplace and inspection for $160.00. I was told I will receive a phone call in 1-2 weeks to let them know when is a good time they can come and finish the job. Those checks were cashed on February 11th, 2021. Now, after more than a month, I have not received any call and the phone numbers I have from them are not responding. I even asked the customer service at home adviser to help and they send an email to them with all my information, but I never received an email or follow-up from them. I think this company is illegal and should be closed. I do not even trust them to enter my home. I have never had such an experience in my lifetime.

Alex provided a small fraction of blow in insulation from what he quoted for my attic. Alex quote 8.5 inches of insulation over the phone for up to 2700 square feet, his written quote stated 10.5 inches, and he only installed 0-3 inches in most areas. None of the four bedrooms received any insulation. So after Alex was done adding his initial insulation, half of my home didn't have any new insulation. I took out a ruler to show him and he didn't want to see it and was ready to pack up and go home. I took pictures to show him and then he decided to blow more insulation but this time he covered about 90% of my home, no where close to 8.5 inches and even wanted more money at the end (optional bug spraying for my insulation). His trick was blowing the most insulation at the entrance of the attic so at first glance it looked like a lot of insulation, 3 inches maximum, which was falling out the attic, no barrier to keep in the insulation (even though he say he would nstall some over the phone).

I was assured at the beginning that I would receive a full report of the inspection. It has has been over 3 weeks and several phone calls and voicemails. I give benefit of doubt and so I waited to write review to give them a chance to make it right. I do not recommend this company only because of customer service. I paid $145 to inspect and clean my chimney but what good is an inspection without a report proving what was inspected??? The workers that came to clean and inspect were professional but the owner Alex had no professionalism with holding his word.

I paid for services that were not completed. After several attempts to contact the company to have them complete the services, they no called no showed to an appointment and they do not answer their phones.

Bad customer service and didn't complete extra service that was recommended. Didn't finish complete original project and hard to get in reach.

I have used these lie artists once they charged me $700 for a new chimney cap and it was not new and it was not secured blew off the chimney in a wind storm. this liar artist did not show up for the hearing. I was awarded to be refunded the $700 but have never received it. If I want to pursue a court action I can but I can?t afford all the costs.

Started with scheduling me wrong time. Then tech tried to charge more than my quote for cleaning and inspection on my fireplace and chimney. Luckily I had the price in a text. Did not receive a receipt for the work. Check was cashed the same day!! Was supposed to get an estimate for the repair that the tech said could be done and that the owner would send me the estimate. 3 weeks later, a few texts and a voicemail to the owner I still have not heard back on getting my repair done. So unacceptable and unprofessional to not even follow up with a call back. I called 1 of the 2 numbers they originally gave me to schedule an appt does not even work.....Now I need to come out of pocket again to hire someone else to come do the repair I need on the damper. Do not use this company!!!

Vendor did not follow through on the services they were hired to do.

They showed up on time and then had to come back later to finish because of the rain. Then they showed up later and finished to my satisfaction.

The technician really did not even know how to approach the problem--a vent motor for a gas grill. The price was outrageous. I would never use or recommend them. UPDATE 1/18: when they left they had unplugged the dryer and had not put the vent back on, so the dryer did not work.

Never showed up for the appointment and never called me back.

For the money he charged, buy a brush and do it yourself.

Hired based on the ratings here on home advisor but i wish I looked closer at the negative ratings the multiple BBB complaints. I was quoted about $800 for blown in insulation in my attic. When Tal Hai aka Alex arrived the price became 1370 because we needed more material than he thought I was ok with this since it was comparable to other companies. He assured me multiple times that he would put in R30 level of insulation. He did not t go in the attic at all. He had me look at what he done and when I asked if that was R30 he said it was more than R30. I noticed his helper put one of the insulation bags in my trash. I read the specs on the bag and saw it should be 10 inches of insulation to reach R30 for the product he was using. when he finished I asked again if it was R30 he said yes. He then told me he only takes checks which was really inconvenient because I had none. So he followed me to my bank to get a cashier check. He said he would send an invoice but never did. When I went back home I measured the insulation where I could and no where did it come up to 10 inches. Worse yet there were bare spots I could see. when I called Tal Hai aka Alex back, he was adamant that he did his job the right way. I sent him pictures with the tape measure showing where he had not put enough insulation. He said he would return to take a look. That was about a month ago.I have called him weekly since then and he is given me the same excuse about his truck being broken but i can see the from the reviews here he is still working just fine. Do not hire this man. His business can not be located in sunbiz/florida secretary of state. The location of his business appears to be a lie too.

Buyer beware!! Unreliable.

I was given a price for the cleaning but when the technician arrived he said it would cost more. I do not like that way of doing business. I would rather be told ahead of time that the price could range from one total to as high as another total depending on the condition of the chimney.
