ALERT, ALERT, ALERT, BE AWARE , these are Pure thieves , there are other decent companies, they tell you don't worry we'll deal with your insurance, just sign the authorization to work, we'll never ask you for anything. and once the insurance declines a claim or settles for way less. they come after you, these thieves are charging me Forty six thousand dollars for few hours not more than 8 hours, drying some water from my floor after a pipe burst, few guys showed up they did a little work , most of the time they were measuring, talking and eating, one came after few days and asked me to sign a letter of satisfaction to submit it to the insurance company. 30 months later they show up to me with a bill of $46,000.00 pure devils and thieves, stay away. I will recommend every one to watch out. I will keep posting and alerting people to stay away from these thieves. and watch out from any public adjuster that would recommend them, I am sure that most of the 5 stars reviews and comments are

During the floods in RI the staff was uninformed, uneducated and was not professional. Mistakes and carelessness caused more problems.

Prompt polite and did a nice job. I would hire them again. We just finished a renovation job and the ducts in this 100 year old house probably were never cleaned in the past. It took a good 6 hours to complete the work.

Let me first say that I thought the guys who came to help with water removal were good... my biggest issues were: (1) they didn't have the surface pump I needed for my situation so I had to run out to Home Depot to buy one myself and stayed up all night turning it on & off every 5 minutes. They did a nice job helping me (with my ShopVac) vacuum the water that had entered my basement. They also set-up a bunch of blowers & a huge de humidifier. (2) I asked how much the estimate would cost and the amount came in at budget (but the budget was provided when they thought they'd be tearing up my floor and dealing with the consistent water entry (which I had to deal with). Fortunately at 5AM the water stopped leaking and I could sleep - and we had caught it early enough that there was minimal damage to my floors etc. I still kept the blowers and de-humidifier going for 48 hrs - but I then shut them off, packed them in my bulkhead for pickup and called / emailed to ask when they'd be by to pick it up. I didn't hear for 4 days later - and then got an invoice charging me for 3 days (an extra $400) rental for all their equipment. I complained citing my calls /emails and that I stopped using after just 2 days. So, I think I'm probably being more fair with the rating that I want - but a company that truly cares about their customers wouldn't treat them like this. The hard part about these types of situations is that consumers are pretty much at the mercy of these companies - I don't think this is a shady company, but they could have been better and I would have given a great review. Instead, if I have this issue again (hopefully not), I will be choosing another company.

Quoted price and work completed were both on the money. Good communication within company and attentive service.

The only complaint I would have was that we did not know that we would have the air machine running for a week 24/7

They were fantastic! They arrived exactly when they said they would, work extremely hard the entire day and cleaned everything before they left. The cost was exactly what they quoted me on the phone! I would definitely recommend them!

They came on time and carried out the duct cleaning always explaining in detail what they were doing. The final bill was exactly as quoted.

Shawn and his crew were on time, they informed as to all that would be done. Replaced furniture, and do some trouble shooting...they were great....and most of all, I felt safe with them in my home. They conducted themselves professionally at all times. I will gladly recommend your services should I hear of anyone looking for your services.. Regards and grateful for your service.

We called Jim who quickly got in touch with Chris, who was closer to our area. He spent time on the phone with us and came the next morning . He was very helpful both with the job at hand and in helping us to understand what we need to do to avoid the same problem in future.

They were unable to clear the blockage in my dryer vent, but charged me anyway. I paid the initial payment and was given a quote for them to go back and finish the job by cutting out the blocked section of ducting. I told them I wanted to go ahead with it, but have not received any calls back and have not received the promised e-mail with a formal quote. Calls to the number go to voice mail, but the voice mail inbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I am out $183.75 and the duct is still blocked. I want them to finish the job or give me my money back, but they don't answer their phones.

They were great. They showed up on time, did their work, cleaned up and left. A little on the expensive side but did good work.

All of the crew with Air Care were very professional, taking great care to explain everything they were doing and being extremely diligent, quick and careful through the process. I was also very happy they did not try to upsell or add services. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

We needed to have our duct system cleaned within a week's timeframe. After submitting a request to three companies, AirCare responded within 30 minutes. Their scheduling staff was extremely accommodating with my time restriction and scheduled a team within two days. The techs arrived with their equipment and were very careful upon entering the home with such large equipment. They were extremely polite, neat and completed the job in the time quoted. We noticed the difference in the performance of our heating system right away. I would highly recommend AirCare.

They called promptly to see how they could help. Scheduled an appointment to come take a look same day. Then after waiting for them for a half hour they called to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day, came on time, and to my good fortune did not find any mold to speak of and did not leave me with a bill. Service and honesty were excellent.

They have hidden fees. They gave me a detailed proposal but no where on the paperwork did they say I had to pay with a check or be charged a 5% extra fee for using a charge card. That is an extra $200 I got charged and could do nothing about it since the work was already completed. I spoke to their main office and was told other customers have complained about this and they "talked" about putting this information in the proposal but obviously still have not. If you need a large project done, have cash ready or be prepared to pay more than the proposal you agreed to and signed
