needed hot water as ours was leaking badly. had to turn off water to it. Dan called the same day call placed with home advisor and was able to come that afternoon to view our situation. explained what would be needed for installation / pricing and stated the installation could be performed next day. so we were without hot water for less then 24 hours. most considerate and took CDC precautions throughout the whole process.

He took care to not damage any part of our property, left the work area clean and dry. Lastly, he took the time to explain the features and settings on the new water heater. Good job!

The project was top notch.on time.job turned out great.

I discovered my water heater was leaking. He called almost immediately and my helper was able to take some pictures so he came with the right parts to get it fixed. He came the next day. He was able to offer advice on some other issues, such as my air conditioner. I will certainly call him again. He was clean, didn't make a mess and didn't break anything.

It was difficult getting contractors to answer or return my calls, and with Dan I finally found a responsive contractor who was friendly and easy to work with. His prices were fair, and he did beautiful work!
