Our senior technician, Scott, was dispatched to your residence due to a Home Advisor service inquiry. Services were provided at our hourly rate, which is in fact, one of the lowest hourly rates in the Albuquerque area. Upon initial contact, it was the understanding of Scott that you were requesting service that date, as well as a quote for future service. During the scope of work, no issues or concerns were raised, not even when Scott presented you with the bill for the maintenance. We understand you wished to raise concerns the following day, and at which time, Scott apologized for any misunderstanding. Further, he gladly offered to perform a Spring maintenance at your home free of charge. It is consistently the goal of Air Care New Mexico to operate with integrity and honesty. Our team does not overcharge, nor do we act outside of the scope of what is being requested, and we regret to hear you felt your experience was anything otherwise. Thank you."
