Courteous,professional. Could not have asked for a better install. They explained everything in detail. Cleaned up after they were done. Just could not get any better.

Be careful before you hire these guys. Jesse is good salesmen but fails to follow through. As of Oct 7th 2009 I do not have the equipment that was promised in writing. Incompetant installation, the manufacture wont warranty any of the equipement pertaining to his installation. He has even had to change his company name from Advanced. The vents in the interior of my home fell down on his last service visit in July when he promised my wife he would have a new system in by the end of the month. Still waiting. 2 1/2 years later still not complete.

Took lots of time to explain options and took our needs into account. Did not have a humidifier in stock, and had to come back a second time to finish the install. Overall, would use them again

Central A/C Installation
They worked both Saturday and Sunday in the driving rain of hurricane Ike leftovers for hours, no complaints and no mess of any kind in the house. They were very concerned that we understood whatw as going on and why at all times.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Jesse was great - he has excellent knowledge in the HVAC industry, sized the correct unit for my house and the install was as smooth as could be. Jesse answered all my questions in easy to understand terms and made sure I was comfortable in all areas of the job. And Iv'e never seen anyone keep a work site so clean! Economic reasons only allowed me to get the furnace done at this time, but I will be inviting Jesse back when I have the funds to get the AC installed!

Jesse was great! He clearly had good knowledge of heating and cooling. I threw him took on many hard questions and he answered all professionally and intelligently. He also has provided great service after the install. I've had questions on the new system and he has responded quickly and even come out to double check the system's operation and explain issues to me and make sure there were no problems. His pricing was great and he provided the best value for the price. One other vendor wanted to offer a cheaper unit that would have cost me more over the next eight years than Jesse's system will cost me over the next five years.

Very professional workers worked outdoors on AC in the rain under two golf umbrellas that we loaned to them. Good clean up. We have a great system and the thermostat is easy to operate even for this technologically challenged home owner.

Working with Jesse was extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable and spent more time than anyone else in figuring out how to solve my problem, rather than just trying to sell equipment. A very professional installation job was performed, and both Jesse and the technician were very friendly and courteous throughout. I would definitely use them again!

Jesse made my experience with Advance a pleasent one. He was very knowlegable and was happy to explain what each part of my furnace was for during his cleaing and inspection. He also took a quick minute or two to talk about my water heater since it was near my furnace. I would recommend advance to family and friends without hesitation. Thanks Jesse.
