The service was exceptional. With Texas heat I was relieved my service call request was responded to promptly. Mr Garcia did an exceptional job. Very detailed on how he would be approaching the service call from the inside unit to the outside. He found a part needed to be replaced and performed the replacement and serviced the unit. I am so thankful for Air Clinic's prompt service. I will be a repeat customer and will be recommending them to family and friends.

They are an unreliable company, the tech diagnostic several problems with AC. Upon a 2nd opinion, all problems noted were erroneous. The only true issue was the need to charge up the refrigerant system of one unit. Also not transparent on pricing they quoted me for a single system when I have two, wanting to charge me double. This was admitted by the scheduler and the original price was honored. Thank you for that!

On time and gave a courtesy call before arrival. It would have been nice to have a smaller window for the service. 12-5 is a long time period to wait especially during the work week.

They recommended a high SEER variable speed AC system by Trane that is doing a great job regulating the temperature and humidity for a large home, while being very quiet as it runs.
